Services Program Services Employment Placement Residential Services Individual Services Our Residential Services include 4 community living arrangements. Each residence has a personalized environment, with 2 to 6 housemates.  Three of the homes are located in established residential neighborhoods close to shopping plazas, movie theatres and restaurants. The other home is located in a condominium complex, and has access to a swimming pool and tennis courts.  Highly trained staff provide assistance with personal needs, adult daily living skills, medical needs including medication administration, future dream building, person centered planning, personal relationship building, self-advocacy and advocacy.  Other professional services include: nursing behavioral consultant (as needed) dietary case management physical, occupational & speech therapy (as needed) Individuals are encouraged to become active members of their community through individual choice, community activities, recreation, volunteerism and personal growth.
